Finely articulated insects were first made in iron by Japan's finest 18th century sword craftsmen. This technique was eventually applied to the carving of ivory and now bone. These beautiful hand-carved insect representations feature legs and antennae that move on delicately crafted hinges. Choose from: butterfly (left) or dragonfly (bottom right).
