Returns: Information & Procedures


The PLANTATION online store features products individually selected by our design team based on style, uniqueness, and exceptional quality. We proudly stand behind the items offered on our site and your satisfaction is our goal. In the unlikely event you are dissatisfied with one of your selections, we will gladly refund your purchase under the following guidelines:


Unwanted items must begin their return transit within 5 business days of the initial delivery confirmation.
Please reference “How to Make a Return” for specific instructions.

Returned goods are only accepted if returned in the original packaging and are in unused condition.

All returns are subject to the following restocking fees (per item):


- Items $250 or less are subject to a $25 restocking fee.


- Items over $250 are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility.

Any damage or defective item claim must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery confirmation. In the event of either visible or concealed damage, please take photographs of the following: all merchandise damage AND pictures of the packaging (inner and outer). PLANTATION will not process a replacement order without photographic documentation. Photographs can be emailed to In all cases of damage, please keep the original packaging and the damaged item(s) as they may be needed to substantiate a claim with the shipper. All items must be kept at the delivery location until further notified. We reserve the right to deny a damage claim in the event we are not notified within 48 hours of delivery. We may be notified by phone (1-323-731-5400) or email.

All custom and final sale merchandise (denoted by a price ending in .99) are final sales, without exception.

When possible, an item may be exchanged for a different color or size without the assessment of a restocking fee.
This will be considered on a case-by-case basis and is not a general rule.

Credits will be issued no later than 72 hours after the return delivery confirmation (upon satisfactory inspection of the returned merchandise).

How to Make a Return

  1. Place a copy of your original order invoice (emailed to you) with your return.
  2. If you do not have a copy of your original invoice, please include a piece of paper with your full name and address,
    phone number and last four digits of your order number.
  3. Pack and seal your return securely in its original packaging.
  4. Use the shipping carrier most convenient to you to send all returns to the following address:

  5. We highly recommend insuring our package(s), as any damage resulting from return transit are the customer’s sole responsibility.
